Add medical technology oral history content. #251

@corylown The final versions of this video in this Google Drive location.

I'm going to to note in an email update to the curators later today that no more info links were provided for this video, but I don't think we should hold up merging this PR because of that, just because it might take a while to get those links, and it would be great to see how this additional video experience integrates with everything sooner than that.

@corylown Oh wait, it looks like you already know the video file location. I guess I don't know what

Box file location for video (if we're providing one).

@ggeisler I think Cory was referring to the fact that we have a copy of the Silicon Genesis video file that's also uploaded to Box (https://stanford.box.com/shared/static/e58t96yp5dvhhbhtwsowqtecc6vso8zi.mp4), so that you can view it without downloading the file from Google Drive and having it locally. So, if we wanted the same thing for this experience, we could upload a copy of the video to Box.

This isn't important for the physical wallscreen and won't be used there, but it does make the video play/work in Netlify previews, and also makes it work in local development without you needing to download the file.
