Text length fixes #319

Various text fixes to improve certain slides in the application where the text was too long, or where the curators corrected typos.

I had to make one CSS update to add some margin-top to the card nav buttons on the guided tour, because there was no way to reduce the text on one longer guided tour card. So there is a minor visual annoyance where the nav buttons shift down when transitioning to and from one guided tour slide (Don Nielson in the Networking tour). But that's the only place it happens (with the current wallscreen experiences, anyway), so it seems acceptable.
