你好在画这个图Bootstrap_P_Barplot时，这个-log2（P）没有通过最低阈值，还有在Bootstrap_estimate_Plot图是，细胞类型Pvalue也是大于0.05，但是在scPagwas.TRS.Score dimplot图中它又是显著富集，同时该细胞在plot_bar_positie_nagtive阳性细胞的数量也很多。我改怎么取舍，同时兼顾三个结果吗？还是只看scPagwas.TRS.Score dimplot图。因为我看您的文章也没有富集或者图来讨论这个现象，也是直接用scPagwas.TRS.Score dimplot图来显示了他与某个细胞类型显著相关。

以单细胞的结果为主，目前来看Bootstrap_estimate_Plot的伪bulk的结果可以放弃
