A-2 : Databases

• Setup the databases for users, roles, (anything else that is needed)
• I recommend reading through all the issues and the wireframes to make sure you have all the attributes for the database.
• There are 3 roles -- Admin – Full access to everything -- Instructor – manages content for their classes -- Student – views content for their classes
• A student can be in/register/participate up to 5 classes at a time
• Instructors and admins can create classes and edit them
• An Instructor can manage any number of classes
• The Admin can manage all classes and all users
• A class can have many instructors and many students
• Only an Admin can convert users from a student role to an Instructor role.
• Only an Admin can create new courses (to start with, eventually Instructors will create courses too)

The following wireframes will also give you a list of all the fields needed for the databases.
