Error running RFT MCC step #6

Hello,

I was wondering if you might help me troubleshoot a VoxelStats error. I am ultimately interested in comparing task-based fMRI data between healthy controls and dementia patients while controlling for gray matter volumes (i.e., atrophy) and age. In testing the software, I attempted to do an LM (with N=6 controls) using first-level contrast images as the independent variable, and my dependent variables were gray matter images and age. After adding the FWHM=5 in RFT MCC, I received an error after I clicked on “Run.”

I made sure to mask both the contrast images and the gray matter volumes with my mask file, and the voxel size is the same across the images. I’m attaching a screenshot of the error. Any help or guidance for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,. I cannot give a specific answer based on the info, but my guess is that your DF is too low. Cluster threshold is >10, so your result need to have t values > 10 to get a significant region.

Do you really need to perform MCC on 6 subject analysis? My guess is that nothing will survive if you do this. Can you save the images before MCC and see how the image looks?
