How do we get working Keen 6 data from patches? #49

From the README:

https://github.com/sulix/omnispeak/blob/ea931f3cf8e6381e57e8b11f610356642059b675/README#L16-L29

Do you have a link to the patches that are described in the README, and perhaps a short guide on how to create these Keen 6 images?

That's what I was thinking of when I wrote the README. The archive here should have everything in it, but IIRC, it's a mix of old DOS and Windows 98 patching programs, so might not be enormously useful.

I've quickly put together a set of 'bsdiff' patches for the versions I had available, which should be more unix-friendly: https://davidgow.net/stuff/keen6bspatch.zip
