Flesh out nuestro community and nuestro future tabs. Reorg files #14

app.R has been split into ui, server, and elements folders to make it more readable/editable/organized. ETL scripts are now in the ETL folder, and sandbox.R is saved in the dev folder.

Also, the Nuestro community and Nuestro future tabs have been fleshed out.
