How exactly was the document converted to TeX via pandoc? I am using the .doc file for the 9th edition as my source, and it seems that some portions are missing. Is the TeX based off a conversion from a PDF?
Nevermind about the missing text, but I do want to know how the conversion went. If someone has the output for it, I would like to see it.
