rtspsrc teardown is very slow

about that on windows the rtspsrc teardown is very slow.
may be useful to track it here too.

I would normally close this since it's a problem upstream and not necessarily 
with us, but ylatuya should take a look at this since I know there've been some 
udp fixes elsewhere (although I believe they're all isolated to multiudpsink).

ylatuya: when possible, please look into this.

vitorlazo: please let us know if a patch is provided upstream. we'll consider 
including it before our next release if it's minimal risk.
