What's in this PR?

French translations.

@ehibes Thank you for your pull request. We are handling community translations over crowdin https://sulu.crowdin.com/ for the redirect bundle they can be found here: https://sulu.crowdin.com/suluredirect-bundle. Would be great if you could contribute it there. After it is translated on crowdin you can as documented using the bin/console sulu:admin:download-language command to download the translation from there.

Thanks for your effort! As explained by @alexander-schranz, we use https://sulu.crowdin.com/ to allow for community translations.
