Welcome @jesperveldhuizen,

We are handling only de and en Translations in the Sulu Packages. All other translations are handled over Crowdin Translation services.

As documented in the Getting Started docs you can add the nl Language in your admin configuration: https://docs.sulu.io/en/2.3/book/getting-started.html#bootstrap-a-project and then use bin/console sulu:admin:download-language to download the language/translations which are already contributed there.

To contribute translations you need to register on crowdin and use: https://sulu.crowdin.com/ There you already see the sulu redirect bundle which is already translated to nl: https://sulu.crowdin.com/suluredirect-bundle.
