added imagick installation in dockerfile of php-fpm container #23

this pr replaces the GD library inside the php-fpm container with the more floxible imagick library. beside other things, this enables the svg support of sulu

unfortunatelly, it looks like the libmagickwand-dev package has problems with specific svg files. these files are rendered to a plain black area when converted by sulu. an affected svg file along with its rendered version is attached to this post.

i think we should merge this pr despite the minor svg problems. basic svg support is better than no svg support in my opinion 🙂
