leave referenceable mixin after publish #100

This PR is a workaround for an issue in jackrabbit.

If applied it should be possible to publish pages currently being a draft although they have already been linked somewhere else.

@chirimoya I have decided to leave the mix:referenceable, since it was the smaller change and I am less afraid that it breaks something unintentionally.
