Massive updates to readme, formatting, thanks to warspirit and others.

Also: Fixes unintended supaya buff Tempfixes to broken LA Pythium behavior. Partial manual integration. Hydras now heal afflictions. LA Ryleh's new spell now castable Attempted LA Xibalba fix, temporarily removed extra STR mechanic for everything except for batabs. EA Xibalba scorpion cost fixed. EA Pan/MA Aspho minotaur cost fixed Slave Prince Hat Knight pathboosting fixed ice enchanter resbonus reduced by 2/scale.
