Landdamage #90

Things relying on first shape land damage need fixing- newest patch broke that utility.

So, what happens AFTER firstshape in a turn now? An extra firstshape doesn't work as that delays till next turn, maybe just have the dead's instead be the same stats as the regular conscripts but with #landdamage 100 so they die next turn?
