Uses peer.js. PeerJS provide us their own servers for signaling and client synchronization for free.

Refactored utility functions from lib.coffee to utility.coffee
Configured audio webRTC. Right now it will automatically start audio chat on both sides without confirmation.
Created getCurrentClassroomSession while refactoring common code
