select2 to pick skills
- load skill data (id, skillName)
- styled
- properly save select2 output to questionSchema
rename questionsSchema: tags -> skills
logic to recommend questions if question-skills match user-active-skills
don't display recommend questions twice

todo:

think more about backend of displaying questions (crazy queries)
style select2 a bit more
