Russian text in epub not breaking correctly #1118

Looks like https://github.com/sumatrapdfreader/sumatrapdf/commit/158b13ce7bdb4e80cfdc0822336134042fbd26f7 to improve CJK breaking made Russian breaking worse (it worked in 3.1.2).

Also, the same change seems to have created an infinite loop in Eloquent_JavaScript.mobi

sorry for my carelessness. Though I can't reproduce the infinite loop in Eloquent_JavaScript.mobi when debugging, the problem should be both fixed by #1130, pls check if it works
