Floating Toolbar #380

I like having quick access to some of the features on the toolbar (seeing the number of pages, fit width, fit single page, quick access to Find), so I don't want to hide it. But it takes up too much space because most of the toolbar is empty. Can the toolbar be made to float above the content and only be as wide as necessary? I would also like to be able to customize it by removing icons I don't use (Open, Print, navigation, match case), but that's probably asking too much.

Floating Toolbars are a very good idea but over time tend to build up functionality and then be parked at the edges because they take up too much focal space.

I agree that the context floating toolbar is not iconic but is potentially the best place to achieve this By allowing for say 10 user well-defined shortcuts users can add their most common actions such that the Toolbar is not required.
