Create horizontal and vertical rulers according to PDF page size please as other viewers has.

@kjk since the SumatraPDF mantra is as litle clutter round borders I guess this is potentially unlikely (though It would be nice to toggle on off) @akontsevich try using the M (easure) key for basic co-ordinates (press m again to change units) and combined with the cntrl mouse can also show area etc
