V5 release notes #171

@MrWook - I've made a start on the release notes for version 5. Not sure if some of these migration notes would be better placed in the CHANGELOG.md (which still needs to be done), but you'll know better than me...

Looking at the available props page, it seems we should drop support for the button-icon props. Let me know if you'd like me to do this.

Btw. the demo page is in a kind of debug state, i guess?
