Functionality to Test

[ ] When you go to an entry show page, there should be a message in the thread from Alex that lists reference contact information.
[ ] If you have defined local env vars for reference phone numbers (SUMEET_NUMBER and ALEX_NUMBER) they will show up. Otherwise, their absence should not be conspicuous.
