Add robust visualizations of aggregate data, probably using D3.
This Issue will be broken out into separate issues after we meet the v1 benchmark.
Any Student User should be able to view their progress relative to their class' aggregate data and all of OCS's aggregate data. They should not be able to pull out individual records from the data.
Admin Users should be able to see aggregate visualizations for all of OCS and for each class, and be able to highlight individual records within that data and see who they belong to. They should be able to also filter by student demographics, and view aggregate data for each demographic in the same manner (with the ability to highlight individual records). Admin Users should also be able to see a visualization of individual student's information (i.e. pay rate over time).
