Decorators for Users Controller

For UsersController#Show:

• [ ] create @decorated_user This should be the only variable passed from the controller to the view.
• [ ] add methods to DecoratedUser dictated by what's happening in the view (This may depend on creating additional decorators)
• [ ] Ensure @decorated_user is also the only thing being passed to partials in the show view
• [ ] Test methods for all of the Decorator Classes created

Repeat for other controller actions:

• [ ] index
