Users should be able to mark an Entry as 'inactive' at any point in the process #158

This will not delete the Entry from the system but rather flag it as inactive.

Inactive Entries will be hidden on the User's dashboard.

Consideration may be needed later about Entries that have progressed to Positions that are flagged as inactive. Those may need special terminology like "past positions".
