Did we have any .PNG graphics we wanted to incorporate into the above idea? Did we want to use bootstrap or do we not want to mess with that?

No Twitter Bootstrap–just Bourbon.

Well, it's prettier. Additionally, it's set up now so that the nav bar won't show on the landing page. As an added bonus of using Bourbon, pretty much everything has a low level bit of styling now. Still needs tweaking though.
