You should be a "student user" to walk through this process (ie User#has_edit_permissions => false)

Functionality to Test

[ ] When creating a new Position you are asked about the nature of employment. If you fill out that section of the form, the Position saves correctly.
[ ] When you view the Position, the page displays information about the type of employment correctly.
