[Enhancement] Auto start of monitoring #211

Your app is great, but most of the time I end up not using it simply because 
when I start feeling asleep I am too lazy too start monitoring. 

I have glasses, and as I remove them when going to bed it's just impossible for 
me to navigate through the menus to get it started. 

I'd love to have an auto mode, that starts monitoring let's say 6 hours before 
the next alarm if not already running.
