Typography + Darkmode toggle

This PR adds the flowbite-typography plugin and react-markdown so we can format the dynamic content easily.

It also make the Inter font the default font.

As a bonus I also include the dark mode toggle to the navbar, so it would be possible for us to test the dark and light mode.
