You may have received requests like this in the past, and if so please 
disregard if you've already thoroughly explored it.

Would you consider moving off google code to github? Moving over to git and 
github would making forking and submitting patches much easier.

Git mirrors of CEF branches are currently hosted here: 
https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded. Patches can be submitted via the CEF 
issue tracker.

The google code issue tracker (assuming that's what's being referred to) has 
nowhere near the functionality of github pull requests.

Having to upload and deal with patch (diff) files is a pain and w/ PRs (pull 
requests) we can start a discussion, provide comments directly in the patch, 
submit multiple updates to the PR, etc.
