Retexture tapered end ring #37

The current texture of the tapered end ring was inherited from fusty's original FusTek parts, which features six curved cover plates with large gaps between them.

This is inconsistent with the cylindrical side panelling, and as such the end taper textures should be updated.

Cancelled - the inconsistency is very minor, and has already become a signature of the classic FusTek style.
