Check stack attachment node directions #56

KSP 1.0 now has stricter requirements for stack attachment nodes, such that directions are now important.

Check all parts using stack nodes to see if they can, well, be stacked properly.

Most parts turned out okay - the problematic ones were the IACBMs and the Node viewport cover pieces.

I've added comments on node orientations, so that I don't screw this up again :P
