Station Manager GUI + plugin

Nice to have features:

• Stock toolbar button that opens a "Station Manager" GUI window
• Button to force all viewport blast shutters to be closed on all Kupola, Hab, Sci, Util modules
  • Mainly for roleplaying of emergency procedures, such as solar storms, imminent MMOD collision
• Button to move all Kerbals in Hab modules to their sleep stations
• Button to toggle the "seats" in the Science modules to be IVA footrests (while in orbit) or ultracompact seats (surface bases)
• Airlock occupancy indicator light on Kuest and Kuest Airlock modules
  • Green light: airlock empty, head on in
  • Red light: airlock occupied, please wait
  • System consumes ElectricCharge, and if that resource is depleted, the indicator is disabled

To make use of the aforementioned Station Manager GUI, the vessel must have a Utilities module (since that acts as the core / command center of any space station / outpost)

Most of these features are unworthy, while the rest can be implemented via RasterPropMonitor's Prop Modules.
