Based on feedback from a number of players, most drug high and tolerance hediffs shouldn't make an otherwise-healthy immediately pawn rush to a MedPod for treatment.
These hediffs will eventually be moved to a greylist of sorts, where they will only be treated when the pawn has other, more critical injuries/diseases.
