the mod does to good of a job for keeping pawns around #86

basicaly put. the mod prevents a pawn to butcher another pawn

Please don't deviate from the bug reporting template - you are supposed to fill in the form fields as directed, so that I have enough information to diagnose any bugs.

Also, did you try the latest v1.5.22 update that was just released ~45 minutes ago?
