Added "Allow Guests" gizmo and logic to allow/prohibit friendly non-colony guests (e.g. visitors, traders, Hospitality mod guests) from using individual MedPods
Rewrite fundamental treatment logic to not use induced coma hediffs, which would otherwise cause guests to lose their original lord/duties, and leave the map or break trading/guest behaviour
Bonus: (possibly) eliminate edge cases where pawns are trapped in MedPods
