Replicated VCE meals should only have one condiment

Describe the bug:

@Kayedon observed via Discord that meals from Vanilla Cooking Expanded replicated at Replimat Terminals often come with multiple condiments as ingredients. This results in pawns getting multiple condiment-related buffs at the same time.

Expected behavior:

VCE meals should, at most, only spawn with one condiment in their ingredients.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a basic Replimat setup (Terminal, Computer, Feedstock Tank, Hopper)
2. Supply the Replimat Hopper with enough raw food to be able to produce meals
3. Set a pawn's food policy to only allow Gourmet Meals from VCE
4. Observe the hungry pawn replicating a Gourmet Meal from the Terminal
5. Examine the pawn's health conditions list and note the large number of condiment buffs

@Kayedon has confirmed that replicated meals now only contain a maximum of one condiment. We're good to go.
