Service module and avionics ring and umbilical decal not appearing in VAB #30

I'm having trouble with getting a couple of the parts to load into the game, the service module, and the avionics ring mainly, it loads all of the other parts (fairing-less lv-909, boost shield, lower decoupler for the side fairings). I've installed the main dependencies(Animated decouplers (32-bit), Klockheed Martian (both the main library and special parts), Module manager, and RealChute parachute systems) and I still can't seem to get the parts to load. Is it that I need to install an additional mod pack for those parts to load or do I need to change something else in the game or have a specific versions of the mods? I love the mod otherwise, it looks so nice with the Apollo style capsule. Thanks for the help :)

Are you playing in Sandbox, Science or Career mode?

The Service Module should be listed under the Propulsion category, while the Avionics Ring is under Structural.

E-TradeBaby commented 9 years ago

I am in sandbox and those parts aren't there, also I just noticed that the added rcs thrusters aren't present as well, I downloaded it from the kerbal spaceport if there's a difference in where you download from

sumghai commented 9 years ago

SQUAD had Kerbal Spaceport shut down ages ago, and my parts pack does not include RCS thrusters.

The latest version of SDHI SMS are available from GitHub and CurseForge - are you sure you have the correct, updated version installed?

E-TradeBaby commented 9 years ago

I meant the curse forge, I downloaded it a couple of days ago if it's changed since then it would make sense why it wouldn't work

The current version of the add-on is V2.3, which was last uploaded on 10 Oct 2014.

Have you tried a stripped-down KSP installation with just SDHI and its dependencies?

E-TradeBaby commented 9 years ago

I tried the stripped down version and it works, thank you for the help, great mod :)
