Rework Side Fairing decoupling behaviour #70

As a consequence of #68, the side fairings now decouple upwards rather than sideways as originally intended, resulting in collisions with the Service Module's upper ring.

The side fairings models and configs need to be modified to ensure that the panels are jettisoned clear of the Service Module.

Side Fairings now decouple sideways more reliably.

The fairing attachment points have also been moved from the SM Adapter to the SM itself, which will necessitate updates to the how-to guide on the wiki.
