New feature introduced in KSP 1.1 prerelease.

Required code snippet is to add ToggleActionName = Toggle Fuel Cell to ModuleResourceConverter.

sumghai commented 8 years ago

Works fine in KSP 1.1 prerelease, so this is good to go.
