Fix parts scaling #98

While working on #94, I found that all of the parts were modelled under the assumption that the CFG would rescale them to 1.25x their actual size.

This is an artefact from the early days of KSP, and it's poor form to be carrying over old, obsolete and bad habits.

All parts and models will need to be re-scaled to their actual, final size in-game and re-exported.
