After running `clear`, previous assignments are still listed, with the corresponding deleted students #10

To reproduce this error, add a bunch of students, add a bunch of assignments, grade them, clear, then readd a bunch of students (optional) and list assignements

This can even be a severity high issue with many students (can cause memory problems too).

Note that even if the list_asgn still lists assignments for deleted students (and grades), they are not considered for the stats distribution for grades
