no autorestart after reboot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.reboot phone in time of tracking

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
autostart tracking and wake function after reboot

but:

alarm of, tracking of, didn't wake up :(

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
newest on Andropid 1.6 (G1)

Isn't this a High prio fault ? 

For people who doesn't know, they will oversleep!!! The rest of us who has 
already
made the discovery we will always have to have the built in alarm set as 
backup. 
Which ultimately will mean that a lot of people will stop using the application.
