"unexpectedly closed" when using battery saving mode #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using LG GT540 or Samsung Galaxy Spica
2.Using android v1.6
3.turn "battery saving mode"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I turn on "battery saving mode", program "unexpectedly closed" a few times 
at night, and finally don't wake  me up. But when i running program without 
battery saving - it running normally.  

Which phone model do you have?
now I have LG GT540, but this issue is also available in Samsung Galaxy Spica

Please provide any additional information below.
