Cannot reach you about Protector app will not send new unlock code when I email says your server rejectes it #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried using unlock feature built in app never get a email
2. When I tried to email you at help@android-password.com google says your 
server rejects it.
3. Please help my email is reggie.thomson@gmail.com same one I use on my 
android.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Wrong password

Which phone model do you have? HTC EVO SHIFT

Please provide any additional information below.

I miss typed original pin code.
