hardcoded provider IDs in OpenIdServlet #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a provider in the openid-providers.properties file 
2. try using it

openIdServlet does not allow using it because openID provider redirect is
hardcoded to happen only if op is Google or Yahoo see
jopenid.sample.OpenIdServlet#doGet
