and If two imsdroid clients behind nat, they seems does not work.

2.I use Linphone to hava a test with Kamailioit works well.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I hope imsdroid can work with Kamailio perfectly

If it works with linphone it should work with IMSDroid.
If you're sure that it's NAT issue, then try to enable ICE.

I followed your suggestion and my test result on imdroid as below:
       Enable ICE :not work
       Hack the AoR :not work
       Enable STUN/TURN :not work

but if i use linphone everything goes well. I am really confused.
you can use these 2 accounts to do some test:

1009@223.255.243.220
password:1009

1010@223.255.243.220
password:1010

I need you help.Thank you!@_@

Did you resolve the problem? I am also facing same issue if two devices are
connected to same Access Point(just like yours 223.255.243.220) there is no
Audio but if devices are connected to different AP it all works great.
Definitely its a NATTing issue.
