Invalid errors on " Registration Page "

There are many problems with the Registration Page when you are trying to register yourself.

Steps to reproduce

Go to registration page and start registering urself
leave any of the text box empty and try to register yourself.
A dialog box will come up saying that this is mandatory information for your registration
Fill the necessary info as required.
Click on back to login. It will redirect you to the login page.
Then either perform any action on the login page or go back to the registration page
Now after coming back to the registration page, that page will have 1 or 2 dialog boxes prompting that this info is mandatory to fill whereas either it should be mentioned under all the text boxes or neither of them.

Fixed the issue and deployed to staging stack
