Add vehicle and driver page is blocked after adding the information #33

Even after adding the complete information on " Add vehicle and Driver page " , and clicking on Finish, it says that Oops!! something went wrong, please contact support. No reason is being specified for this. its a Big block for a merchant to create his cab service. Attached screen shot for your reference.

Fixed the issue. Was due to DB and code mismatch.
