Server error after registration and during activation of the account #49

Steps to reproduce

1.) Go to thinkcabs.com 2.) register for a new account 3.) enter the required details and register 4.) you will get an email with activation link 5.) Click on the activation link, it will take you to " Terms of use " page where it will ask you to accept or dont accept the " terms of use " 6.) click on dont accept and it will take you to login page directly 7.) Then go back to the earlier page by pressing back button ( arrow on the browser or keyboard button ) 8.) now click on accept, server error comes

Fixed the issue, now in this scenario user would be redirected to login page showing error message: "Error occurred while updating information, please contact support"

As we dont have any support for now so the message should be " Error occurred while updating information, please try again! "
